The app scans your network automatically — up to ~2 minutes on busy networks. It retries on its own. Home Assistant users: device is auto-discovered via ESPHome — go to Settings → Devices & Services. When asked for an encryption key, find it in the Setup Guide (scan the QR on the left) or at http://brinepulse-XXXXXX.local. Key is not printed on the device.
